ZenSleep™ nylon devices are an advanced, anti-snoring
sleep solution. These appliances utilize laser-sintered, medical-grade nylon to deliver a modern alternative to traditional acrylics. This advanced material enables an exceptionally thin, lightweight design that maximizes tongue space for superior patient comfort.

We have developed a unique vapor-polishing formula in which the nylon object is placed in a chamber filled with biocompatible solvent vapors, which gently soften the material's outer layer. This softening allows smoothing of surface imperfections, resulting in a glossy, polished appearance.
